You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service.
The Service allows you to mark certain content as public (for example, a public prompt or board). When you choose to make content public, you understand and agree that it may be viewed by others.

The Service, including its design and underlying software (excluding User Content), is owned by Prompt Board or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Prompts and outputs created using AI tools may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use the prompts you store and share.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service and users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
